She is an associate professor in College of Life Sciences and Oceanography at the University of Shenzhen, China. She received her PhD degree from College of Life Sciences at University of Nankai, China. She worked in Shenzhen University since 2004. During 2015-2016, she worked as a visiting scholar in Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering, University of California, Davis, USA. She taught Genetics as an undergraduate curriculum and Microbial Ecology as a postgraduate curriculum. She instructed the M.S. & B.S. students’ dissertations. Her research focuses on the genetic transformation of microorganisms, and her main research direction is the molecular regulation of fungal cellulase gene expression. It undertakes a national (2019-2024) and a municipal project (2020-2023). In recent years, she has published more than 30 research papers in Microb Cell Fact, J Microbiol Biotechnology, J Ind Microbiol Biotechnology, etc.
